It’s Catch the Bus Week
If you’re looking after someone and haven’t got a car to get out and about for social or leisure activities, shopping or those important appointments then catching the bus (or other public transport) may be the only option!
Did you know….if you’re caring for someone who is unable to walk to a bus stop or get on or off a bus without assistance they may be entitled to the companion enhancement on their bus pass? Visit Norfolk County Council’s disabled travel enhancements page for further details.
Traveline gives information about public transport journeys throughout Norfolk.
If you need to talk to us about transport you can call our advice line 0808 808 9876 or try out our Live Chat – on the right of your screen.
Norfolk Carers Handbook also has details – download it here.
